Grand Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd was founded in 1995 in Yangon.

Able to open second office in Mandalay in the same year.

Opened 12 other regional office throughout the country over the period of 24 years.

Extended to establish Shwe Yadanar Myay Co., Ltd and Bright Future International Friendship Co., Ltd on October 1997.

Extended to establish Growith Pte Limited in Singapore for assisting import and export on January 2003.

Extended to Construction Business on May 2009.

PT Kalbe Farma and Malayan Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd in 1995.

Tempo Scan Pacific, Jakarta, Indonesia to join with us in 1996,

Dexa Medica, Indonesia in 1997,

PT. Saka Farma Laboratories, Indonesia in 2001,

PT. Solas Langgeng Sejahtera, Indonesia in 2003,
